How does the 60-day return window work?

You have 60 days from delivery to return anything unworn (with tags) for a full refund, or 90 days for store credit. Shoes need to come back in the original box. Returns are free within the US — we email you a prepaid label as soon as you start the return.

Will you restock items that sell out?

For core staples — 501s, Better Sweaters, Nuptse jackets — almost always, usually within 2–4 weeks. For seasonal colors and limited drops (especially Nike Dunks), it varies; we recommend hitting the 'Notify Me' button on the product page since restocks often sell out within a day.

Are your products authentic?
